We can’t wait to celebrate our 11th anniversary with you all at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park soon. Please read the info below carefully to prepare for a seamless arrival into the Park.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION

All passes will have access to the campground beginning Thursday 10/24 at 8AM ET. If you would like access to the campgrounds prior to this time, you must purchase an Early Camping Pass.

ARRIVAL HOURS

Arrival hours are limited on Sunday 10/20 and Monday 10/21. If you arrive to the Park on either day outside of the arrival hours listed below, you will not be permitted to enter the Park, so please plan accordingly.

Sunday 10/20: 8am – 12am ET

Monday 10/21: 8am – 12am ET

Tuesday 10/22: 8am – open 24/7 until Friday, 10/25 at 11:59pm ET

Friday 10/25: open until 11:59pm ET

Saturday 10/26: 8am – 11:59pm ET

Sunday 10/27: 8am – 6pm ET

If you arrive at the Park prior to Thursday 10/24 at 8am ET, you must have both a 4-day pass and an Early Camping Pass to enter the Park.

If you arrive at the Park after Thursday 10/24 at 8am ET, you only need your 4-day pass to enter the Park.

CAMPING INFORMATION

4-day GA passes include Primitive Camping from 8am ET on Thursday 10/24 until noon ET on Monday 10/28.

If you would like to extend your stay past Monday 10/28 at noon ET, please contact the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park.

Car / RV passes are not included in your 4-day GA pass. You must purchase the appropriate car or RV pass to bring your vehicle into the campgrounds.

Primitive camping will be provided in designated areas, and campsites are first come, first served. Camping is not permitted anywhere on the disc golf course, in the festival grounds, or on any of the road throughout the Park. Primitive campers are not permitted to camp in reserved VIP or ADA areas.

Camp hosts will be available on-site to help you find a suitable camping location, and answer any questions or address any concerns you may have.

There is a strict no-car re-entry policy to the campgrounds starting Tuesday 10/24 at 8am ET. 

All vehicles leaving the campgrounds after this time will be required to park in the day parking lots outside the campgrounds upon their return. There is an additional fee to park in the day parking lots. Vehicles in day parking will be permitted back into the festival grounds starting Sunday 10/27 at 8pm ET to tear down campsites and prepare for egress from the campgrounds. We recommend picking up all necessary supplies in town before arriving to the campgrounds.

If you are planning to bring a golf cart to the Park, you must complete the Golf Cart Registration Form prior to arriving on site. The trail fee for patron golf carts is $1,031.96. Please bring a printed copy of the Golf Cart Registration Form with you to the Park. You must also bring a copy of your insurance policy showing that the golf cart is covered by your policy, as well as copies of driver’s licenses for anyone who will be driving the golf cart. ADA campers with golf carts will need to pay the trail fee.

CAMPING PASSES

Camping passes purchased online by Friday 9/13 at 11:59pm ET will be mailed directly to you. Any camping passes purchased after this time will be picked up on site at the Box Office.

Early camping passes, primitive car and RV passes, and golf cart passes will be available for purchase on site at the Box Office. VIP car passes are sold out and will not be available for purchase on site.

Each person in your party must have both a 4-day pass and the appropriate Early Camping pass to access the Park prior to Thursday 10/24 at 8am ET.

WILL CALL PICKUP

All admission and camping passes purchased online by Friday, September 13th at 11:59pm ET will be mailed directly to you. Any admission and camping passes purchased after this time will be picked up on site at the Box Office.

If you purchased your admission and camping passes after Friday 9/13 and are picking up at the Box Office, you received a digital ticket from Etix via email after you placed your order. Please download this ticket before arriving on site, or print it out at home and bring it with you, so our Box Office staff can quickly look up your order. You can view your order through your Etix Account Manager, or you can resend your Etix confirmation email to yourself.

If you received your order in the mail and are missing some items from your order, such as wristbands or camping passes, you can pick up your missing items at the Box Office on site. Please bring your Etix order ID and a photo ID with you.

Early camping passes, primitive car and RV passes, VIP satellite parking passes, day parking passes, and golf cart passes will be available for purchase on site at the Box Office. Check back soon for pricing!

VIP car passes are sold out and will not be available for purchase on site.

PARK WAIVER & POLICIES

All guests are required to sign the waivers linked below before they will be admitted to the Park

Please bring a printed copy of your signed waiver to the Park, or have your signed waiver displayed on your phone upon arrival. You will also be required to show a photo ID that matches the signature on the waiver.

All guests 18 years of age and older must complete the adult waiver. If you are a parent or legal guardian and bringing minors under the age of 18 to the festival, you must also complete the parent / guardian waiver for all minors in attendance.

Failure to sign the waivers before arriving on site will result in delays entering the Park.

Please also review the Prohibited Items & Policies thoroughly before arriving on site. These guidelines have been created by both the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park and Hulaween to ensure the safety of all guests, staff, and artists. If you violate a policy, you may be ejected from the festival without a refund, banned from the Park, and subject to criminal or civil processes.

JAX SHUTTLE

Flying into JAX? Catch a ride on the Hulaween Shuttle with service from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) to the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park before the festival, and back to JAX after the festival. Seats are filling quickly, so don’t wait!

Departure from JAX to Hulaween:

Wednesday 10/23 at 5:30pm ET
Thursday 10/24 at 12pm ET and 5:30pm ET
Friday 10/25 at 12pm ET

Pickup from JAX is at 2400 Yankee Clipper Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32218. Pass by Baggage Claim 1, left out the doors to Ground Transporation.

Departure from Hulaween to JAX:

Sunday 10/27 at 1pm ET
Monday 10/28 at 8am ET and 10am ET

Pickup from Hula is at the Box Office on site.

Hulaween is an accessible event, and we are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure you have access to all the event amenities. We welcome and encourage all feedback and suggestions from our patrons.

TIPS FOR A FAST ARRIVAL

  • Before you leave home and make your way to Hulaween, be sure that you’ve completed your Park waiver, you have your driver’s license / identification, and any wristbands or camping passes that were mailed to you. 
  • Do not lose your wristbands, or put them on too tightly. There is a $25 replacement fee for lost wristbands or wristbands that have to be cut off.
  • If you did receive your wristbands or camping passes in the mail, please put your wristband on your left hand, and adhere your car / RV pass to the driver’s side windshield. Everyone in the vehicle must have a wristband to enter the Park.
  • If you did not receive your wristbands or camping passes in the mail, or are picking up your items at the Box Office, have your Etix order ID ready to provide to Box Office staff. You can view your order through your Etix Account Manager, or you can resend your Etix confirmation email to yourself.
  • Have your signed Park waiver either printed out or displayed on your phone upon arrival. You will also be required to show a photo ID that matches the signature on the waiver. Failure to sign the waiver before arriving on site will result in delays entering the Park.

  • If you are planning to bring a golf cart to the Park, you must complete the Golf Cart Registration Form prior to arriving on site. The trail fee for patron golf carts is $1,031.96. If you have purchased ticket(s) from a secondary ticketing platform such as StubHub, VividSeats, CashorTrade, etc. and have any issues with your order, you must contact them directly. Our Box Office staff cannot assist fans with any orders placed on platforms other than Etix.
