There will be a limited capacity, public network available near the Music Hall and Country Store.

ATMs are located within the park. NEW THIS YEAR: Hulaween food and beverage vendors are CASHLESS in the music venue, meaning vendors will only accept debit and credit card payments. If you don’t have a debit or credit card, we recommend purchasing a prepaid credit card before arriving at the festival.

Lost and found is located at the Craft Village near the General Store

All early arrivals must have a 4-Day ticket and purchase the appropriate Early Camp Pass at the Ticket Booth or online in advance* to ensure a faster check-in process. 3-Day ticket holders (arriving before Friday, October 29th at 8AM) must purchase an upgrade to a 4-Day ticket + the appropriate Early Camp Pass.

Early Camp Pass Costs are as follows:

  • Sunday $70 per person for arrival October 24
  • Monday $60 per person for arrival October 25
  • Tuesday $50 per person for arrival October 26
  • Wednesday $40 per person for arrival October 27

 

To ensure the safety of all patrons at the event, there will be a strict NO RE-ENTRY policy starting Tuesday, October 26th at 8 am. All vehicles leaving the festival grounds after that time will be required to park in the Day Parking upon re-entry, re-entry into the festival campgrounds will be allowed Sunday at 8pm. Vehicle in and out is ok in Day Parking.

Normal early-November temperatures range from the 70′s and 80′s during the day to the 40′s and 50′s at night. Bring warm clothes and be prepared for chilly nights.
We will offer a sports bar in the Music Hall that will show all your favorite games and races.

No. Pets are NOT ALLOWED at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park. We love pets, but for everyone’s safety, particularly your animals’, please leave them at home.

All service animals must be registered and must show proof of current rabies vaccination. Please note that an “emotional support animal” is not considered a “service animal” under the ADA.

A person who knowingly and willfully misrepresents herself or himself, through conduct or verbal or written notice, as using a service animal and being qualified to use a service animal or as a trainer of a service animal commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083 and must perform 30 hours of community service for an organization that serves individuals with disabilities, or for another entity or organization at the discretion of the court, to be completed in not more than 6 months.

Yes! Food, drinks and wares.

Merchandise vendors accept cash, credit cards and debit cards throughout the venue and campgrounds. 

ACCEPTED CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, DCB or UnionPay logo.

ACCEPTED CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS: Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Wallet, and contactless cards.

CASH is still accepted in the campgrounds.

Suwannee Hulaween is an All Ages event. Ages 3 and under are free. No persons under the age of 18 may be admitted to the Park without an accompanying parent, legal guardian or other adult who has lawful custody of said minor.

Only approved press photographers are allowed to bring in (professional grade) cameras with detachable lenses. However, you may bring a point-and-shoot camera and your cell phone camera. Absolutely NO DRONES OF ANY SIZE WILL BE ALLOWED. All drones will be confiscated and not returned. Professional grade Video / Audio recording equipment is prohibited. Please be mindful of your phone’s flash in dark concert areas.

  • Fanny packs measuring UP TO 16.5in x 6.5in x 4in are allowed
  • Single pocket drawstring bags UP TO 13in x 15in are allowed
  • (ALL opaque bags are subject to search upon entering the concert venue).
  • ALL BAGS LARGER than 13in x 15in must be clear plastic, clear vinyl or clear PVC.
  • EMPTY Kleen Kanteens, recycled bottles, and camel backpacks – water refill stations can be found at various locations inside the venue

The official festival and band merchandise tent is located on River Road across from The Meadow and The Amphitheater.

The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park is conveniently located near Live Oak, Florida, between Interstates 75 and 10.

  • From I-10
    Take exit 283 and go north on US 129 4.5 miles.
  • From I-75
    Take exit 451 and proceed south 4.5 miles.

Tickets were mailed September 27th. If you haven’t received your tickets by October 14th, please use the “contact support form” at the bottom of your confirmation emails (pictured here). Using this form is the best way to expedite your service as it is tied to your order number, note other methods of communication may incur delayed response times.

DO NOT PUT ON YOUR WRISTBAND UNTIL ARRIVING TO THE FESTIVAL

1. To put on your wristband, slip the loose wristband over your right wrist.

2.To tighten, hold the two tails and slowly slide the barrel inwards.

3. Make sure it is tight enough so that it will not fall off your wrist. We recommend leaving one index finger of space.

Once the wristband is tightened, it DOES NOT loosen so be sure not to overtighten.

Any wristband found to be tampered with in any way will become null and void.

If you tighten your wristband too tightly, there will be a $25 replacement fee. Please come see us in the Box Office

The Covid-19 situation in Florida is very fluid right now, this policy is subject to change. We will update the Covid-19 information page with any changes to our policy prior to gate opening. Please check back frequently for updates and changes. If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 we will process refunds to ticket holders.

Yes! You can apply to our Work Exchange Team. Note: a refundable deposit is required for this program.

CAMPGROUNDS / PARKING / SHUTTLES

Campgrounds open for early entry ticket holders on Sunday Oct 24th at 8am.

Camping located near the Spirit Lake area opens on Thursday at 8am.

Additional fees are required if you stay past 12pm on Monday November 1st.

Note you must have the appropriate early entry ticket

Yes there are permanent bathhouses throughout the campgrounds. Please see the patron map.

There are reserved campsites with electricity available. Availability is limited at this time. Please call the Spirit of the Suwannee Park office to make arrangements: 386-364-1683.

Use of generators will be limited to designated generator camping only.

We reserve the right to eliminate any generator that is deemed a nuisance such as excessive noise and or odor. Free standing generators will be limited to use between the hours of 9am and 10pm.

Small camping grills are permitted; please do not leave them on and unattended.

If weather and other prevailing conditions are acceptable to the Park, properly contained campfires are permitted in enclosed fire rings or in small dirt fire pits. No bonfires or large fire pits allowed. Do not collect, or cut, live trees or shrubs. Do not burn treated wood, plastic, garbage or trash. If you do not bother other guests, you may collect downed tree limbs from nearby areas. Fires must be supervised at all times and fully extinguished before leaving unattended. Never use gasoline, kerosene or other accelerants to start fires. Firewood and fire starters are available for purchase at the Country Store. No flammable gases such as nitrous oxide are allowed in the Park. 

If a burn ban is necessary, it will be issued before the festival.

For everyone’s safety, all vehicles must remain parked upon arrival. Note there is NO RE-ENTRY to the Park after 8am Tuesday Oct 26th. Cars returning after that time will be parked in Day Parking for the remainder of the event. 

You must park vehicles and golf carts in designated areas only. You may not park on any roadway or in camping space that you have not rented. You may only park in a designated disabled parking space if you display a valid disabled license plate or rearview mirror tag. The Park is a designated “TOW AWAY” zone, and if you park in a prohibited area, your vehicle may be towed at your expense. §715.07, Fla. Stat IF YOU PARK IN THE ROAD, YOU WILL BE TOWED!

Improved (water/electric) spaces are available. Please call the Spirit of the Suwannee Park office to make arrangements: 386-364-1683.
4 campers are permitted per RV space. Only one RV may be parked per campsite. No camping is allowed on the disc golf course. All vehicles must be parked on the campsite, and not on roads or other campsites. Water is not to be used for washing RV’s, cars or boats. Campsites must be kept clean, and trash and refuse regularly placed in trash containers. Please do not leave food out where animals and insects can get it. All RV’s that connect to the sewage system must use a “donut” to seal the sewer hose to the sewage system line. All sewer connections must be kept tightly capped when not in use. Paid RV campers may use the dump station. The dump station wash down water is not safe for drinking. Any spills of sewage must be reported immediately to the Park Office. Do not remove the backflow prevention devices from the potable water lines. Do not alter, even temporarily, any RV site electrical connections.

If you would like to camp with your #HulaCrew, we strongly suggest that you plan in advance to arrive to Suwannee Hulaween together. We cannot allow any sites to be held, unfortunately. Our campground staff are reasonable people and will work with you to try to get your crew together, however no promises can be made.

Bikes are allowed in the campground but not in the concert venue.
Yes, but you will need to purchase a car pass.
Yes! Camp Traction consists of music fans who choose to experience festivals and shows without the use of drugs or alcohol. Our primary purpose is to provide a safe environment for clean & sober music fans. We are not affiliated with AA, NA, this festival or any other organized recovery group. We are simply a group of people who share the common bond of enjoying musical events in a clean & sober state.

Yes. Our general rule is “on pass per steering axle.”

Guests who want to bring an RV into the general campground must also purchase a Primitive
RV Pass. Additional vehicles require the purchase of a Primitive Car Camping Pass per vehicle.
Guests who tow a travel trailer or pull-behind vehicle must purchase a Primitive RV Pass only.

Ice is available at the Country Store and the store located at the horse stable and in the VIP campground.
VIP Camping is SOLD OUT.

Schedule for All Shuttles

The Suwannee Valley Transit Authority will offer an In-Park Shuttle Service and Shuttle to Area Hotels and Stores as follows:

  • Tuesday and Wednesday: Noon to 6 pm
  • Thursday: 8a to Midnight (This probably needs to be 11a – Midnight)
  • Friday and Saturday: 8 am to 2 am (This probably needs to be 11a – 2a)
  • Sunday: 10 am to 10 pm

Golf Carts are permitted as long as you follow these rules:

Golf Carts require proof of insurance and payment of trail fees. All golf carts must be registered.

ATV’s are NOT allowed in the Park. Please review the Park’s Golf Cart Policy located here: https://www.musicliveshere.com/golf-cart-policy/

Please call the Park Office to verify that your golf cart meets Park policy before hauling it to the Park: 386-364-1683

If you do not wish to purchase a Car Pass, you may park your car in the outer lots and ride the Park’s shuttle into the campgrounds with your belongings. Please note that additional parking fees will apply, which can be paid upon arrival to the Park.

SAFETY / SECURITY / HEALTH

To ensure the safety of all patrons at the event, there will be a strict NO RE-ENTRY policy starting Tuesday, October 26th at 8 am. All vehicles leaving the festival grounds after that time will be required to park in the Day Parking upon re-entry, re-entry into the festival campgrounds will be allowed Sunday at 8pm. Vehicle in and out is ok in Day Parking. 

We encourage festival goers to check out the general store, or to utilize the local Walmart and Publix shuttle for all last minute festival needs.

Main medical is located at the intersection of River Road and Spirit Lake road across from the General Store. There is also a medical tent at the entrance Spirit Lake between 80 Acres and VIP Camping, and inside Spirit Lake. In the event of an emergency, locate a staff member.
Spirit Care will be located at Spirit Lake.

ADA

Upon entry, ADA Patrons will come through Lane 6 or 7 in the tollbooth line. The park staff will direct you to ADA Camping and Parking. They are also shown on the patron map.

If any ADA patrons have liquids or medicals that they need to bring into the main concert venue, they must go to any first aid kit to have these items registered.

There are ADA viewing areas at the Amp and Meadow Stages.

The Amp ADA viewing area is accessible via Fall River Road at the top of the viewing area. 

The Meadow ADA viewing is at the Treehouse.
