Payments will be automatically charged to your debit or credit card every 28 days from your initial purchase date, until your balance is paid in full. You can make a payment at any time by going to My Account in your Etix Payment Plan emails. You must have a valid credit or debit card to purchase your tickets via the Payment Plan; a prepaid debit card cannot be used.

 

 

Accounts with two (2) or more consecutive missed payments are subject to cancellation review.

Tickets must be purchased before August 19 to be eligible for a Payment Plan. After this date, you’ll be required to pay for your ticket(s) in full during checkout.

PAYMENT PLAN FAQ'S

A 20% down payment of your total order is required for tickets purchased before August 19. Your remaining balance will be split between subsequent payments. Simply check the Payment Plan option during checkout to split your payments up. Any tickets purchased on August 19 or after will not be eligible for the Payment Plan, and will require full payment during checkout.

You must have a valid debit or credit card to purchase your tickets via the Payment Plan; a prepaid debit card cannot be used.

Payments will be automatically charged to your card every 28 days after your initial payment until the balance is paid in full.

You can make payments on your balance at any time through your Etix Account Manager.

All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.

The last day to purchase tickets on a payment plan is August 18. If you purchase tickets on August 19 or after, you will be required to pay the full amount of your order during checkout.

If the funds are not available in your account on your payment date, Etix will try three more attempts every 24 hours to process your payment. After three subsequent failed attempts, the balance will roll over to the next payment. You will be notified via email from Etix if there is a failed attempt of payment on your account.

You can make payments on your balance any time through your Etix Account Manager.

Yes – you can log into your Etix Account Manager and make a manual payment on your balance at any point. The amount you pay will be deducted from your next scheduled payment. Click here for instructions on how to access your Etix Account Manager and make a payment, view your order, and more.
